A. dear Mum, a weight gain of 2 kg in 3 months is a normal weight gain for baby. for healthy weight gain, continue to exclusively breastfed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
