Hello doctor My baby girl is 2months old. Yesterday night she puked milk and in the morning also but very little. In both the cases I fed her freshly made formula milk (nestle lactogen) Kindly help me out Regards

A. it s fine . gas trouble is common in newborns and is a cause of discomfort . Give tummy time to baby . Give only exclusive breastfeeding to baby . Burp baby for atleast 20 minutes on shoulder after each feeds . Massage baby tummy gently . Give drops gastica 1 ml 2 -3 times a day . .
