First, you have to convince them to open their mouths for the spoon, then ensure that the food doesn’t get immediately spat out. The real struggle lies in getting toddlers to chew their food instead of simply swallowing it. It’s no easy task for parents, who watch anxiously to ensure proper chewing and avoid any potential choking hazards. As a mother, I can relate to this hurdle, but I’ve found that tips from the My Little Moppet website have been a tremendous help.

You can habituat by giving finger foods(boiled vegetables, fruit pieces ,healthy snacks like poha, murmure ,home made snacks nut ladoo/barfi and show him to chew gradually they learn taking small bites chewing and avoid giving choking foods direct and chopped nuts, peas ,pulse grains, large pieces of fruit/vegetables,chikki,makhanas which may cause choking.
