Hello doctor.. my baby boy is 7 months old. he is 3.7 kgs at the time of birth.bt now he is 6 kgs. is it okay?? he is active nd healthy up to now. I'm giving apple, banana nd rice cerelac to him. pls do suggest

A. Hello mom if you see he has almost doubled his birth weight .. as you mentioned that he is active enough and having good solids as well then no need to worry
