hello doctor my baby boy is 14months old and his weight is only 9.500 gram is its normal ? he not having vegetable or food properly I'm very worried about him can you help me what can I give and how to increase his weight???

A. hi but there is nothing to worry about your child weight gain. he or she is gaining really good weight. please don't take stress . try to make food more interesting by serving food with different taste and different texture. for example instead of serving sabji as it is , you can prepare mix veg khichdi , mix veg soup, mix veg cutlet, stuffed paratha etc
