hello doctor my baby boy is 1 year 7 months old and his weight is 13 kgs.he got fever today with sneezes so can you help me on dosage of apex p125 drops we got dropper along with that.

A. thank you doctor but i am having p125 drops i dont have syrup so can i give him 2.5 ml?
