hello doctor, my baby birth wt was 3.0 kg and now she is 13 Mon but wt is 8.0 kg only. till 6 month her wt was really good , she was 6 kg by 4.5 months. now wt is steady, although she is a very active baby.kindly suggest what to do

A. hi as kids grow their activity level is also increased so the gain of weight is not so rapid ,it is normal don't worry , your child weighs normal. please offer homemade healthy food. keep your child well hydrated. maintain good hygiene.
