Q.

Hello Doctor.......My baby, 2 months old, has a PM VSD that is slightly restricted in size (Grdt: 55 mm Hg) and an L-R shunt. She is currently receiving treatment at Narayana Health, R N Tagore Hospital in Kolkata. Since February, she has been taking medication such as Furoped, Aldactone (15 mg), Toloferin, and Vitamin D3. Feeding is proving to be a struggle for her, with diaphoresis, cough, and difficulty. She is crying and unable to breastfeed. Could you advise me on which sustenance food or formula milk would be best for my baby in this situation?

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper ehiixamination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine andi evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
