hello doctor my baby 18 months old he had loose motions and today once he vomted pls give me prescription for my boy baby

give entrogermina 3 drops twice in a day
keep your child well hydrated
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy food items.
it is best to give coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, nimbupani etc more which keep your child energetic.
