once doctor gave me domstal syrup for vomitings due to indigestion.can I use it for loose motions due to indigestion?

Author of questionMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. yesterday he ate Britannia cake doctor .lot of junk food.last time same happened but vomitings.can I give domstal syrup.or else should I take him to doctor

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion could be because of some infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption. Initially you can give xzinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days . For any specific treatment consult your doctor and maintain proper hydration .
