A. your child is having skin infection. it is important that you should maintain hygiene of this skin and do not apply any type of cream or lotion which might aggravate the condition so a medical examination will be required. z you can apply antibacterial cream that is t-bact three times per day and then meet your doctor. z

A. It sounds like your baby may have developed a rash with fever. Based on your description, it's important to consider the following: 1. **Fever and Rash**: A fever followed by a rash could indicate a viral infection such as hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) or chickenpox. Both conditions can cause fever and rash with blisters or bumps on the skin. 2. **Symptoms**: The bumps that appear like burns could be characteristic of the rash associated with these viral infections. They may start as small red spots and develop into fluid-filled blisters. 3. **Treatment**: It's crucial to consult your pediatrician promptly for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Treatment typically focuses on managing fever with appropriate medications and providing comfort measures for the rash, such as using soothing lotions or creams as recommended by your doctor. 4. **Precautions**: Keep your baby hydrated and monitor her closely for any changes in symptoms or discomfort. Avoid scratching the rash to prevent infection, and ensure good hygiene to prevent spreading the virus. Seeing a healthcare professional will provide the best guidance on how to manage your baby's condition effectively.
