Hello doctor. my 9 yr old kid getting mouth ulcer very frequently .why it's happening?? how to prevent??

it is happened due to many reasons
like lack of nutritions like vitamin B complex
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc
it contains good bacteria so it will very helpful
please avoid RO water
please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour
