hello doctor.. my 3year old becomes very aggressive for silly things and he tries to self harm.. when we ask him not to do something, he does the same continuously before our eyes..

A. these are tantrums baby will grow out of it however if required consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration
