hello doctor my 3 year baby is looking very dull and inactive can i give her rice starch.. and what amount..

A. Hello mom first you need to find the reason as to why is she so dull, was she not well recently or is it due to the current weather condition , make sure she is kept hydrated with water and other liquids such as coconut water , fresh fruit or vegetable juices or soups , give some curds or butter milk , would be good .. rice as in you can her with curds or dals
