hello doctor, my 3.5 year old daughter is complaining that she is feeling like vomiting for 1 week, usko vomit hota nhi hai but wo din me 1 -2 baar bolti hai vomit jaisa lag rha hai, kabhi kabhi pet dard bhi bolti hai , what is tye reson fir that. please tell me🙏

A. iska jaanch karne hogi to pata chalega ki kya Karan ho sakta hai jk. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
