hello doctor, my 2 months baby girl has few spots on her body..doc said it is called as cafe au lait spots..she has 7-8 tiny ones..it was only 2 at birth.. please help on what to due .is it due to allergy for anything? we both parents don't have these spots.. please reply..

it is caused by a collection of pigment -producing melanocytes in the epidermis of the skin.
so if it increases please consult your pediatrician or dermatologist and must follow his or her advice.
