hello doctor, my 2.5 year old is having viral fever and he is not eating anything it's been 2 days but we are giving medicine but in night he cries alot unstoppable may be due to stomach ache or gas. what should I do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. hi. if so you may give him syp colic aid or syp carmicide to cure stomach ache. give syp paracetamol for fever n it is preferable to visit your doctor in person
