Hello doctor. My 10days old baby is having cold symptoms not allowing me to feed not sleeping properly and her nose is clear but taking breath is bit faster.. So. Please suggest me how to get rid

A. it is very common for small children to have irregular respiration for which usually nothing needs to be done but if you feel that the child is having breathing difficulty then he meet your doctor immediately and give nasal saline drops for nasal blockage

A. Hi dear Keep baby hydrated. Feed every few hours that is the best way to cure soon. Also add tulsi leaves to warm coconut oil and apply to baby's chest sole and back. Keep baby warm. Home remedies are good but it would take a longer time to recover. Babies cant bear for a long time. It's better to check with doctor once and you can treat with medicines and home remedies parallel.. Feed your baby every 2-3 hours once during the day time that's more important and also during night hours feed every 4-5 hours. Night hours it's fine to leave baby sleep for a while.
