Hello Doctor, My 1 yr 10 m old son almost drink 1 lit of cow milk in a day. He also takes normal breakfast lunch and dinner and also in between snacks but in less portions. as he don't like plain milk, I add some horlicks in it. Is it ok to drink 1 litr milk at his age? If not what can be done to remove his habit?
