Hello doctor,muze 1 months se pair aur hathonke ungliyon me, kabhi kabhi nasonme tingling sensation hota hai. exercise ke bad thoda kam hota hai.badme for start hota hai. kabhi kabhi pair ke talve me b pain hota chalte time.langdake chalti hu.what's d reason?mere vitamin or calcium k tab le rahi hu 1 month se
