hello doctor mujhe 1 month phle pta lga mera sugar bda hua h after meal kabhi 234 kabhi 178 kabhi 168 aise rhta h hba1c 4.9 and Khali pet under 100 h mujhe dr ne koi dbai nhi di h But mujhe bhut problem rhti khane k bad thakan hath pairo me bhut jalan sunn pan mere life ruk si gai h yaha tk ki urin infaction hone lg gya h mai humesha thakan feel krti hu please help what can I do
