A. I would suggest you to use a syndet bar instated of soap having pH around 5 and a good quality moisturizer like atogla or oilatum lotion for your child so take care

A. it is possible that the white pimples are happening because of dryness only I would recommend you to try to apply coconut oil mixed with the few drops of glycerine the affected area in order to provide relief to the child
