A. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamgine lotion or Anti itch lotion likde Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

A. Hi mom Skin dry ho rhi hai to soap na lgaye. isse skin aur dry hogi Use body wash like babyhug head to toe milky wash that will help to moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth. Secondly Apply himalaya calamine lotion on the pimples. it will be fine.
