A. teething fever are low grade, If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol in proper dose 6th hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
