hello doctor mere baby ko sirf dhoodh waapis aata hai usko mai dhoodh deke 15 ya 20 minute tak shoulder pe he rakhti hu tab b aata hai usko mai ab domstal syrup deti hu aur licomen thodi faraq hui kya ye sahi dawayi hai aur ye kab tak rahegi dhoodh ki problem
