hello doctor mere baby ko loose motions hai or Aaj 2 times usko vomiting bhi ho gyi hai kya karu

Well this could be either due to indigestion or some infection in the stomach which is my vomiting and lose motions are happening it is better to go ahead with giving regularly what is water as of now that really helps a lot in controlling all these issues also at the same time I would recommend you to kindly have a proper check up with your treating doctor one time
