hello doctor mere baby 19 months ki hey wo rice khaney me bhoth pareshaan karthi usey zabrdastgi khilana padra hey my kya karu aur breakfast yani roti dosha idli isey chiizey b ny khari fruits doodh a sab khalethi hey intrest se khana ny khari please suggest me

A. Hello dear parent! Try not to force your child to eat and drink. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy foods. If loss of appetite continues consult your child’s doctor for advice on vitamin deficiency in your child.
