hello Doctor mera beta 13years ka hai or usko weekness rahty hai kya kare

A. Engage the child in mild physical activities. Don't let the child sit and spend the day idle. A sedantary lifestyle will not ket tge child to develop stamina. Feed a balanced diet. In addition check with ur doctor if the child will need any iron or multivitamin supplements.
