hello doctor... mera 7th month start ho gya hai. mai 10 to 5 office me hi rhti hu. pura din bethe bethe ho jata hai.. walk krne ka time nai milta. what should I do?

Eat well, balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Speak to your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care, Care.
