Hello doctor, Little diya is suffering from loose motions for more than a week now. She is 9 months old. We have got her stool test done as per doctors recommendation. Attaching the report below. Please look in the report and let me know how to read the report and next steps on the same!

the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial)
examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dedhydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
