AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm or take jeera water daily two times a day to increase your breast milk supply. Mothers horlicks with milk can be taken to improve lactation. Take care and all the best
