Hello doctor it's been already 4 and half month for my baby my milk supply is very less I gave birth to twin baby girls can I take leptaden capsules or domperidone (motilium ®) 10mg capsules? which medicine isthe best

A. you cannot take this medicine on regular basis because they have got side effects exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation

A. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help or even galactic granules and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and also safe too when taken
