Q.

Hello doctor ..It's been 4months since I delivered my baby .. i feel extreme pain in my knee joints... What is the reason? How can I stop this.. m already taking my calcium and iron supplements.. please help

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should x a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can txake physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Also take multivitamin along with that and start taking D3 supplements as well a lot of women Ge go through this kind of an issue where they have been into the knee sometime you will feel the kraken also that is also normal so continue with the supplement it really very well that is very very important don’t do any dietary alteration Vijay not healthy for you eat well because you’re feeling a child and over the period within 5 to 6 months you will be much better but start with D3 as well and omega three
