ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months.. sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth it can erupt anytime upto the age of 15-18 months..

Anytime After the age of three months because previously people used to feel the feel that the process starts after the age of six months but it is actually that it starts after the age of three months at any point of time so your child can have its teeth at the age of three months
