RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 months agoA. Specific reason to why as such but yes as a child can have its first teeth between the age of 3 to 17 months so it is not a delay so you can wait and if you do not see happening by the time of 17 months then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
