Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
meet dr who will tell if outside milk is required

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it may be and also may be baby is not able to latch properly and but it is always advisable to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and if breast milk is less then give baby formula milk.
