Hello Doctor, I wanted to consult regarding my baby. Her eyes are continuously watering (tears coming frequently) even when not crying. There is no swelling ,no redness. Could you please let me know what could be the possible reason and if any treatment or care is needed? Thank you.

A. Tears are normally not seen in this age if your child is having this issue it’s mostly associated with the tear duct blockage that can be seen on the nose of your child in the area of which will help you do clockwise and anticlockwise 3 to 4 times in the day
