hello doctor i want your suggestions please tell me Monday evening till today my baby suffering from fever i consult doctor he given me paracetamol syrup but when I give to baby that time fever will go after 6 or 7 hours it will come again am asking my doctor he told me to wait till Saturday but baby is active and eating food but what is the reason for fever please tell me.

A. hi your baby is 18 months old now as it looks.fever is temporarily responding to fever medicine which indicates infection in body but as baby is feeling better now the infection is resolving on its own
