hello doc. my doc is 1.5 yrs old. from last 1 week she is suffering from fever. we hv consult doctor he have given Meftal P and Cronin 240. for one day she way ok but again fever came back. why it's happening .plz suggest me wht to do

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection orf any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the ficrst line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
