hello doctor I missed my period this month 19th and in pregnancy test kit it came positive but in sonogarphy it showing no evidence of gestation sac plzz suggest

Home pregnancy test are not hundred percent reliable so you cannot go ahead with it you can only trust a sonography if it is not visible in balance go ahead with a proper check up with your doctor and medication associated with the sameWrite Your Answer Here
