hello doctor..i m the mom of twins..who will be completing 6 months in 2 days..currently i m giving multivitamin and vit.d3 drops..should i start iron drops also? kindly suggest.. thank u in advance

Use of over-the-counter cough and cold medicines in young children can result in serious and potentially life-threatening side effects.
ask your doctor about the right dosage of medicines for your child’s age and size.
