hello doctor, i m lactating mother . i have 3 months old son . sometimes am suffer from constipation. what does its reason ? and give me a home remedies ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are a lactating mother and suffering from constipationyou should take healthy diet containing all types of green vegetables all types of fibres and plenty of liquids avoid taking food causing constipation

Hi parent Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Mom should not use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don't use formula if breast milk supply is apt for her. Mom should not use tough to digest food
