Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent c, for hair fall is the most common problem among women post pregnancy. You shoud eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. Oil your hair regularly and wash with mild shampoo. Also keep your Hair tied as much as possible. Good luck and take care
