Q.

Hello Doctor, i m a mother of 4month 12days old daughter, her born weight was 3.3kg and current weight is 5kg her weight is not increasing properly.. I have tried formula milk pure cow milk every thing but she refuses each of them.. Only depends on breast milk.. What should I do please suggest

A. hi..babies should double their birth weight by the time they are five months old and triple their birth weight by the time they are one year old. Babies generally gain 400 to 500 grams of weight per month after birth. So your babies weight is normal. Do not worry, just keep exclusively breast-feeding ,for the first six months. Avoid cow milk as it is not easy to digest , u may give it once baby turns one year old.
