Q.

Hello doctor, I'm 35 year old, my periods are regular n bleeding will be usually for 4 days but this month bleeding is not there from 2nd day? can you please help me understand what the reason might be?

A. well its a hormone issues. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
