Hello doctor i'm 27 yrs old mother of 8 months old son.. doctor , after c - sec delivery I'm very skinny till now my weight not gain.,pls advice to gain weight ..

ExpertDr PreityGynaecologist1 Year agoA. Hi after delivery we lose around 10 kgs minimum 10 kgs of weight so after delivery you should have a complete balance diet you can add on your Panjari and have lots of fruits and vegetables
