hello doctor I just want to know that will introduce cow milk to 7 month old baby some one said if u introduce cow milk in before 1 yr old they can effect it in kidney.i was giving both cow milk and breast milk to my baby when he was 7 month old

Mostly doctors advised to start giving outside milk only once your baby turns one year old. Till the time baby should be totally on mother’s milk and if mother’s milk is not sufficient for baby than the best alternative is formula milk. Rather than the seven months old baby should also take at least four meals in a day
