hello doctor i have twins baby girls now they are 6 Months old, what should i feed them because now their hunger is more

A. Hello my dear parent! Once they complete 6 months you can start giving small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, ragi and so on. Continue breastfeeds. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
