Q.

Hello Doctor, I have started formula milk to my baby along with brestmilk. Now I want to stop formula milk but my nteastmilk suplly is low. Can I increase breastmilk supply so that I can exclusively breastfeed my baby. Don't want to depend on top feed but my milk is nit enough for my baby. What to do? Please help!

A. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make it good skin contact with your baby. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist. Good luck and take care
