Hello doctor.. I have seviour pain in bmy both the arms.. this pain started after 2 month of my delivery.. some times the pain will be so much that I can't lift my baby.. please let me know why this happens?? my gynic gave me pain killer didn't work.. post which some D3 syrups along with nerves tablet.. still the pain continue...

A. its mostly due yo exertion but you must try to see a doctor if its stopping t you to live fully. try yo take calcium abd vitamin D supplements ypo ol
